Follow these simple tips to avoid an unpleasant experience:

DO NOT drink any alcoholic beverages the evening before your trip |

DO NOT eat a huge breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausages, etc.

DO NOT party all night long before your trip! Enjoy a long and peaceful night... |

One hour before you are supposed to go out to sea, take one anti-seasickness tablet with some water and keep a few other pills with you to take every few hours (refer to prescription).
Over-the-counter "Bonine" works extremely well and
doesn't cause drowziness. |

By following these simple rules, you should avoid about 90% of getting sea
sick.

Once on the boat:

DO NOT think about getting sick! |

Sit in front of the boat, where the wind blows in your face
(away from the bait box and engine), the crew will alert you when a shark is around the boat, and
no doubt, you will forget all about getting sick! |

Look at the
horizon... DO NOT sit in the cabin, read or look down! |

Take
a large rimmed hat or a cap |
