Tips for your day at sea!

Follow these simple tips to avoid an unpleasant experience:

DO NOT drink any alcoholic beverages the evening before your trip
DO NOT eat a huge breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausages, etc. the morning of your trip!
DO NOT party all night long before your trip! Enjoy a long and peaceful night...
One hour before you are supposed to go out to sea, take one anti-seasickness tablet with some water and keep a few other pills with you to take every few hours (refer to prescription). Over-the-counter "Bonine" works extremely well and doesn't cause drowziness.

By following these simple rules, you should avoid about 90% of getting sea sick.

Once on the boat:

DO NOT think about getting sick!
Sit in front of the boat, where the wind blows in your face (away from the bait box and engine), the crew will alert you when a shark is around the boat, and no doubt, you will forget all about getting sick!
Look at the horizon... DO NOT sit in the cabin, read or look down!

Beware of the sun!

Take a large rimmed hat or a cap
Sun Block Cream 25+ and protection for your lips
