We depart the hotel for the Jonkershoek Nature Reserve situated on the lower slopes of the Jonkershoek mountain, behind the oldest town in South AfricaStellenbosch. This historic town is renowned for its gracious Cape Dutch thatched and gabled buildings, and stately oaks which line the streets. 

Take a tour of the Stellenbosch winelands and a walk in the Jonkershoek Nature Reserve. Then enjoy a study of wine and winemaking. After lunch we visit a wine estate for a cellar tour and wine tasting.
