DAY 1:  Cape Town

Upon arrival at Cape Town Airport, a private car will transfer you to the Cape Grace Hotel, with its exquisite views of Table Mountain. Balance of the day can be spent relaxing, sightseeing, or shopping at the Waterfront.

DAY  2:  Cape Town

After a delicious breakfast, depart on a full day tour of the Cape Peninsula including a stop at the famous Cape of Good Hope. Lunch at the Black Marlin restaurant, situated in one of the most scenic spots on the Cape Peninsula. Overnight at the Cape Grace Hotel. 

DAY  3Board Rovos Rail

Morning transfer to Cape Town Station to board the Rovos Rail. The scenic rail journey between Cape Town and George is considered one of the most beautiful in the world. You are greeted with incredible scenery as the Rovos traverses the beautiful mountains before traveling alongside vineyards and orchards, rolling wheat fields and racehorse stud farms in the Robertson Valley. We stop here to sample the famous wines of the region. Overnight aboard Rovos Rail.

DAY  4:  George

The Outeniqua Choo Tjoe Steam TrainArrive in the picturesque town of George after breakfast. Guests have the option of boarding the museum's Outeniqua Choo-Tjoe Steam Train for a spectacular 40 mile journey along the coast through South Africa's own lake district to Knysna. This nature lover's paradise is a mecca for visitors drawn to the town for its natural beauty, abundant birdlife and numerous sporting and recreational activities. Upon arrival in Knysna, guests will be transferred back to George to the Fancourt Hotel, set at the foot of the Outeniqua Mountains. Remainder of the day is yours to enjoy. Overnight at Fancourt.

DAY  5:  Oudtshoorn

After breakfast at the hotel you will be transferred to Oudtshoorn, home to approximately 300,000 ostriches, for a tour of the Ostrich Farm and Cango Caves. Regarded as one of South Africa's foremost natural wonders, the fascinating calcite caves comprise an underground wonderland of stalactites and stalagmites. Lunch is served in the historic homestead which has a magnificent view of the valley and picturesque mountains. Be adventurous and try the ostrich egg and meat dishes.

DAY  6:  George

After check out, you will be met and transferred to George Airport for your flight to Cape Town or Johannesburg, or continue on to your next module.
