1:
Travel over three spectacular passes en route to Oudtshoorn—Baines Kloof, Mitchells Pass and Seweweekspoort—linking the abundance of the Cape wine and fruit regions with the scarcity and wide open spaces of the Great and Little Karoo. Overnight in chalets (FB—full board basis) |

| DAY 3:
In the morning we go for a short hike in the Tsitsikamma Forest, followed by visits to Plettenberg Bay, Nature's Valley and the Knysna Heads. This afternoon is spent exploring the town of Knysna with its wooden furniture, clocks and carvings. You might like to sample the famous oysters and beer. Overnight in chalets (FB—full board basis) |

DAY
4:
After a hearty breakfast, we board the Outeniqua Choo Choo train for George. The daredevils in the group will have the opportunity to go bungee jumping before heading back to Cape Town. In the winter months there is the added bonus of whale watching in Hermanus on our return to Cape Town. Contact us if you are interested in venturing into the desert and lush Garden Route areas. |
