You will either abseil off
Table Mountain on a range of awesome cliff faces, or Chapman's Peak—South
Africa's most famous and dramatic coastal ride—"The
Peak" offers an extreme abseil.
"Hang out" over
crashing waves in freefall abseiling. Once you've built up
confidence, you can attempt rap jumping. For this new fad, you're
put into a body harness and jump off the cliff face first—sure
to get even the biggest thrill seeker's heart racing.
